Position Summary
**Please take note of the hours for this consistent low maintenance position will be up to 27 hours for every week**
Speak to the City as a bleeding edge representative for an extensive variety of metropolitan administrations;
Answer phone calls and react to client concerns/request in an expert and respectful way;
Convey benefits via phone and also in a composed organization, for example, email, in a call focus condition;
Handle general asks on metropolitan administrations and projects;
Resolve, allude or exchange, calls to fitting City office, representative or different associations;

Capabilities, Competencies
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education plus a one year post-secondary certificate in public relations, business/office administration or related discipline is required;
Three (3) years of experience working in a customer driven, service delivery position;
Exhibited work involvement in compromise, inventive critical thinking, creativity, consulting for progress and impacting others;
Experience working in a Contact Center condition is an advantage;
Information of French is additionally viewed as a benefit;
