Obligations
• Responsible for the accounting activities of the company
• Communicate routinely with the administration on an assortment of employment related points including holding, protection and contract assentions.
• Participate in the development and usage of company financial plans
• Preparation of all month to month financial reports
• Work with outside accounting/financial firms on month to month finish off strategies
• Provide announcing and planning as required by the Management.
• Manage company and undertaking income
• Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and capacities.
• Work with venture administration staff guaranteeing legitimate consistence with accounting techniques including investigating and breaking down occupation cost gauges and reports month to month.

Required Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable with UAE VAT.
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' involvement in development Accounting or related field;
• 2 to 4 years on Construction Management or General Contracting or Subcontractor industry encounter.
• Strong PC abilities, including a middle of the road level of capability with Excel, Word and Outlook;
• Excellent composed, oral and relational abilities;

• General information of AP, AR/Billing, PR, General Ledger;
