Recruitment for the post of finance officer.
DUTIES
– Posting of daily transactions
– Daily lodgement of customer’s cheques.
– Monthly preparation of financial statement
– Monthly bank reconciliation
– Monthly proof of accounts in the GL.
– Daily updates of customer’s statement
– Notify management of defaults by customers.
– Preparation of monthly payement.
– Remittance of payee and other taxes.
– Remitance of pension fund contribution.
– Maintenance of imprest account
Experience ;
Minimum of 2-3 years post NYSC experience.
Qualification
BSc or OND graduate
Possession of ICAN or ATS will be an added advantage.
Other skills
Must have an excelent working knowledge of peachtree accounting software
Must have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Qualities
Strong numerical skills
Strong mental recollection
Strong analytical skills
Self starter
Multi-tasking capacity
