* Responsibilities: - contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
- monitoring competitor activity;
- supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
- maintaining and updating customer databases;
- communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
- cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
- preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the product, articulately and confidently;
